REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Management.
If on collection/delivery you find that any products are damage or are in any way in an unacceptable condition, then you must inform us as soon s possible and give us the opportunity to inspect the product.
If at our discretion we find that the product is not consistent with the proper standards then we may refund you the cost of said unsatisfactory product.
We will not be responsible for any product which is faulty through your failure to store correctly.
Please note, that in all circumstances with the exception of above, we will not offer refunds as the products are consumables.
